Thank You for Choosing
The Sweetest Day!

We’re thrilled to be a part of your special day! This letter outlines some important details about your wedding cake.

Wedding Cake Servings

Your cake servings are based on a standard slice size of 2″ deep x 1″ wide x 4″ tall. A cutting guide is included with this letter to help ensure you get the most servings out of your cake.

Fresh Flowers and Decorations

Fresh flowers adorning your cake are the responsibility of your chosen florist. To assist them, I will provide a detailed diagram and a copy of the cake design (including photos if needed). This will help your florist determine the type, amount, and placement of flowers needed. Typically, the florist places the flowers themselves. However, if there are scheduling conflicts, please let me know in advance so I can plan extra time for delivery and potentially handle the flower placement. Additionally, it would be helpful to know your preferred style for the flower arrangement.

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
Final changes to your cake design must be made at least 14 days before your wedding. Your final payment is due 10 days before the wedding. Please note that the cake cannot be delivered without full payment.

Anniversary Tier

The top tier of your wedding cake is traditionally set aside as your anniversary tier. This tier is not included in the serving count. We recommend freezing the top tier to enjoy on your first anniversary. Boxes will be provided for the top tier and any remaining cake.
